Know the reasons for frequent headaches and how to prevent them

The World Health Organization (WHO) fact sheet on headache disease states, "Headaches, which occur frequently, cause personal and social responsibility as well as pain, disability, the disintegration of life, financial loss. Very few people in the world suffer from headache disease. Treatment is obtained after proper identification from a doctor. All over the world, headaches are treated very lightly and are rarely diagnosed or treated. " Certainly not all headaches are the same.

Primary headache

Headaches that occur without any other cause, such as hypertension or conception, are classified as primary headaches. Doctors still do not know the main cause of primary headaches, but they believe that it is caused by the activity of various chemicals in the brain, nerves, and blood vessels that send pain signals. Other parts of the body that cause headaches are the scalp, sinuses, teeth, muscles, and joints of the neck.

There are seven main types of headaches. The three main ones are as follows-

Migraine

According to the Global Burden of Disease Survey 2010, migraine ranks sixth in the world in terms of wasting a person's year in a helpless state. Overall, headaches are the third biggest cause of such cases. Migraines usually affect only one part of the brain. This pain makes the victim helpless. The pain lasts for four hours and about three days. This pain increases when the victim is moving and this pain is also caused by excessive noise and light. Migraine sufferers may experience nausea and vomiting when the pain is excruciating.

Contrary to popular belief, only 20 percent of migraine sufferers experience an aura in which a shining, star-like light shines in front of their eyes. It also looks like someone caught you. After that, the migraine pain reaches its peak. If the disease persists, then migraine pain is treated with pain-relieving drugs such as sumatriptan or zolmitriptan.

Stressful headaches cause the sufferer to experience restlessness and fatigue but are also commonly referred to as pressure headaches. Tension in the neck, back muscles, scalp, fatigue, sleeping in the wrong posture can cause it to increase. Sometimes eye problems can also cause headaches. It is usually treated with readily available painkiller aspirin.

Gary W. According to the clinician's guidelines for chronic headaches and facial pain, edited by Jay, women, and men have an 88% and 69% chance of recurring tension headaches for a lifetime, respectively.

Cluster Haddock

This type of headache is very serious. This is also called a suicidal headache. The pain is mostly excruciating. The patient may experience such headaches up to 8 times a day. This pain occurs on only one side of the brain. The part that is in pain, most of the time the side-eye becomes red and water starts coming out.

The cluster head rotates like waves and lasts for 30 to 60 minutes. During this period the patient becomes restless and cannot sit still in one place.

The supply of oxygen to the brain certainly gives some relief. Medications such as Sumatriptan are also helpful when given as an injection. The most effective drug to prevent cluster headaches is verapamil, a calcium channel blocker.

Secondary haddock

Headaches caused by illness such as infection, mental illness, high blood pressure, head injury, stroke, or tumor are classified as secondary headaches. Control of root disease usually helps to control this type of headache on a large scale.
