Many people choose to use continue reading on in their posts. The reasoning behind it is that it helps create a sense of urgency or something important that needs to be conveyed. It’s also used as a way of enticing people who might not otherwise read your work. Many blogs, such as Ad Age, have said that using continued reading is acceptable, even if it’s not technically grammatically correct.

Continue to Read

Usually, you’ll see continue reading on with advertisements. When an advertiser includes a link that includes continuing reading on, it allows them to track how many of their readers actually clicked through. That way, they can determine if a particular advertisement worked or not.

The Difference

Are you an experienced writer or have a formal education in copywriting? It's fairly common for content writers to be asked to create new titles for existing articles. Sometimes, publishers want these titles changed because they didn't perform well in search engine results or because they feel that modern audiences are more used to a different style of writing. Other times, publications are looking for unique ideas that will really engage their audience.

Why do you prefer one over the other?

I prefer to continue reading on over continue to read because it is more elegant in my opinion. It uses a lower case letter for on as opposed to a capital one. Continue reading also flows better with the advertisement below, which also uses an uppercase E for its name. Continue to read feels like something is missing or out of place even though these are all small details that most people wouldn't notice or care about it.

As a reader, what things annoy you when it comes to headlines or titles in blog posts, articles, or books. What kind of things make you stop scrolling, stop reading, and decide not to finish an article.

It is a good idea to keep your reader in mind at all times. For example, if your content is long, think about adding an image so that it makes people want to read more. When you are adding a title or heading for an essay or paper, make sure you create something catchy so that people will look twice at what you have written. Make sure that your writing has a strong point because most of us will not scroll down any further than we have to if it doesn’t look interesting.

) Continue reading or continue to read? Continue reading means to keep on reading. People will ask, Can you continue reading? or Will you continue reading? The phrase is rarely used as a stand-alone statement. Its meaning is clear from its use in sentences with other phrases. Continue Reading Below is not correct. It means to keep on continuing below, which makes no sense at all in English.

advertisement continue reading below

The easiest way to identify which phrase is correct is to look at each of them in a sentence. The one that is grammatically correct will most likely be correct in any other case as well. For example, if you are simply continuing your reading below something else (such as an advertisement), then you should use continue reading. However, if you are asking someone to continue their reading of something, then you should use continue to read.
