Chest pain is not always a case of a heart attack, there are many more causes of chest or chest pain, acidity, cold, phlegm, stress, gas, indigestion and smoking also cause chest pain.


Whenever there is chest pain, you should immediately contact a doctor, so that the suspicion of a heart attack can be removed. Chest pain in a heart attack is called angina which is caused by obstruction of blood flow in the coronary artery or obstruction caused by mucus so chest pain should never be ignored even if it is gas or acidity. No matter the cause of the pain, if you find out that the pain is not due to a heart attack but other causes then you can treat it at home.


Garlic -

Garlic has been called Wonder Medicine which works as a panacea for all kinds of diseases. The panacea for health is the most beneficial for the heart. Garlic is rich in a variety of vitamins, minerals, calcium, phosphorus, iron, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, and vitamin C. In addition, it contains sulfur, iodine, and chlorine.

One or two cloves of garlic if you are eating on an empty stomach every morning, will not only lower your cholesterol but also prevent the formation of a layer of fat on the arterial wall of the heart. As a result, the flow of oxygen and blood in your heart will be smooth. If the complaint of chest pain is also from gas then it is quite effective. Garlic can be consumed in many ways. Eating raw garlic is more effective.


Ginger -

Ginger has many medicinal properties. If you are having heartburn due to gas or acidity, or chest pain then you can try ginger tea. It is used in the treatment of many ailments including chest pain, phlegm, and cough.


Turmeric -

Turmeric has pain-relieving properties. As an anti-inflammatory medicine, it is also used in Ayurveda and Chinese medicine. The special compound curcumin found in turmeric has pain-sucking properties. It is also beneficial for heart health.

Most people drink turmeric in hot milk.

Turmeric paste is also applied to the sore spot.


Basil -

Basil has not only anti-bacterial properties but also anti-inflammatory properties. Apart from this, there are many compounds found in Tulsi which are also beneficial for heart health. Basil contains Eugenol and Curcumin which are very beneficial for heart health.

If there is a pain in the chest, make a decoction of Tulsi-Ginger, put honey drops in it, and drink it, it will be of great benefit.

 

Other measures-


Pomegranate juice also reduces chest pain.

Omega 3 fatty acids are found in mustard oil, its consumption reduces heart disease.

Eat nuts.

Eat the root of malathi, it works a lot in chest pain.

Eat linseed
