If residents of Gujarat aged 40 years and above travel in a group to visit religious places in Gujarat by Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (ST) or private luxury bus, they will be entitled to 50% of the luxury bus fare by the state government. will be reimbursed. , If the private bus is hired then, in that case, the actual fare plus ST. 50% of the bus fare, whichever is less, will be paid. If both the husband and wife are traveling together, then one of them should be 40 years of age or above. The beneficiary of this scheme will be entitled to get this benefit once in life. This benefit will be available with a total travel limit of 8 nights and 8 days.

The benefit of this scheme will not be available on an individual basis, but only if the bus is hired by a group of at least 50 senior citizens. This scheme will be implemented by Gujarat State Holy Shrine Development Board.
