What not to eat :

What to eat:

Low-greasy, bitter, astringent, low-carbohydrate, high-fiber, and low-calorie foods, such as barley, jowar, bajra, Sawan, kangni, moong, lentils, moth, pigeon pea, bitter gourd, fenugreek and fenugreek, drumstick, Radish and radish leaves, turmeric, dry ginger, sorghum seeds, puffed rice, roasted gram, cowpea, etc. Drink hot water in between and after meals, you can take cow's milk (non-creamy).

Savarna-Siddha water: Put 4-5 grams of pure gold in 4 liters of water and boil it to half. Its consumption is very beneficial.

Do not take bitter, astringent, pungent, dry substances, barley, jowar, moong, arhar, bitter gourd, fenugreek, drumstick, honey, Triphala, myrobalan, cow urine, etc.

What to do :

Make sure to pay attention to sleep and semen safety at the right time. Do Pranayama between 3 to 5 in the morning. Use humor, and be cheerful. Peace of mind is the best means to strengthen the body.

Don'ts:

Avoid excessive fasting, starvation, worry, grief, fear, agony, excessive mental exertion, work beyond capacity, exercise and pranayama, night awakening, addiction, masturbation, excessive behavior of husband and wife, indigestion, constipation, etc.

Note :

To digest nutritious food, it is necessary to have good digestion power. For this, do Surya Namaskar, exercise, and asanas regularly. If there is a lack of appetite, first increase the digestive power by taking liver tonic tablets, aloe vera juice, punctures, etc., or by taking medicines with medical advice. Massage is also very beneficial.
