PMJAY Eligibility Criteria – For Rural Area

Step 2: Login using your mobile number and captcha code.

Step 3: Click on “Generate OTP” and enter your OTP.

Step 4: Now select your state and category.

Step 5: Fill out the form carefully and submit it online.

Step 6: Your application will be successfully submitted.

PMJAY Rs. Helps families access secondary and tertiary care through funding up to 5 lakhs per family, per annum. How to view Ayushman Bharat Yojana List 2022?

Interested beneficiaries of the country want to check Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yadi online, then they should follow the procedure given below.

First of all, the beneficiaries have to visit the official website of the scheme. After visiting the official website, the home page will open in front of you.

On this home page, you will see the option of Am I Eligible, you have to click on this option. After clicking on the option, the next page will open in front of you.

On this page, you will open the login form, in this form you have to enter your mobile number. After this, you have to click on generate OTP button. After this, an OTP number will be sent to your given mobile number.

You have to enter the OTP in the OTP box.

After this, the next page will open in front of you. Below are some options to find your beneficiary name. Search your name by clicking on the desired option.
